Russian Fonts
RUSSIAN TO ENGLISH TRANSLATIONS:
Most of the clients fax me their typed or handwritten documents for translation. I email
the completed translations or fax them back to clients. If you need high quality laser
printouts for presentations I can either email you a file or snail mail the hard copies to
you.
ENGLISH TO RUSSIAN TRANSLATIONS:
You do not need to have any Russian fonts on your computer in order to
view and print Microsoft Word or PDF files (Adobe Acrobat® format). If you have a
document that needs to be translated from English into Russian you can fax or email it to
me in a regular email message or in an attachment. You can also scan a handwritten letter
and email me an image. When I am done translating your document into Russian, I will save
the file as a Microsoft Word and/or PDF format. PDF files can be viewed and printed on any
computer system - PC, Mac, UNIX, etc. All you need to have is a FREE version
of Adobe Acrobat® Reader, which is really easy to install.
For those who prefer a Word file but do
not have the Word software: there is still light at the end of the tunnel, just download
the FREE Word 97-2000 Viewer. It should open and print all versions of
Word files, you do not need to have the Russian fonts.
